Introducing the ISU
Investigative Services Unit
First of all, the most important change to the unit has been merging the State Crimes and Vice Special Desks into the Major Crimes Desk. This decision has been made by ISU Command as in their vision the handful of Detectives whom are serving in this Unit should be able to solve situations in the best and most effective way possible. Another change which should be considered important is bringing Assistant Sheriff Walter McLaughlin into the Commander position and along with him the return of Captain Damian Trautmann into the Lead Detective position.
Most of the changes done within the Unit have been done with a lot of help from former and active members of the Unit and as Commander McLaughlin stated, "we have something new and fresh which was built with their ideas and suggestions". Also, the entire structure of the Unit went throughdrastic changes, most of which can't be disclosed to the public.
As a closing statement, the brand new Investigative Services Unit reserves a bright future within the San Andreas Sheriff's Department and we wish them good luck in their new journey!
